Tropical Escapes Realty Incorporated, founded by husband and wife team Brian & Alyssa Nolan, is founded on the belief that there is a place for everyone to invest in their future through owning real estate. We are a smaller office that allows for a more intimate relationship with each client allowing us to exceed expectations.

Tropical Escapes Realty is a small close knit Real Estate office in the heart of Waikiki that specializes in the area. We are enthusiastic to work with all clients and driven to turn our clients in to partners. Because we are not successful if you are not successful. We stay up to date on any and all changes that may impact your investment to ensure peace of mind to all of our partners.

Brian Nolan

Prior to Brian’s career in Real Estate, he worked in retail management for 15+ years. His experience with managing 200+ employees, and multiple projects, has made him a successful Realtor and Property Manager. Being a real estate investor himself, Brian is always watching both the sales and rental markets looking for the best investments. He is excited to share his findings with anyone willing to listen!

Alyssa Nolan

Prior to Alyssa’s career in real estate, she worked in fine jewelry for nearly 10 years, developing a keen eye for detail, tracking assets, and managing vendors. Alyssa specializes in nightly and monthly rentals, she works across many buildings in Waikiki and has built strong relationships with building staff.
