Cancellation Policy
100% refund
For cancellations more than 30 days before check-in
50% refund
For cancellations more than 14 days before check-in
No refund
For cancellations less than 14 days before check-in
Extenuating Circumstances
In the following situations the Cancellation Policy will be waived and a refund may be issued. We recommend all travelers to purchase a travel insurance to cover themselves in situations beyond the following.
Changes to government travel requirements. Unexpected changes to visa or passport requirements imposed by a governmental agency that prevent travel to the destination. This doesn’t include lost or expired travel documents or other personal circumstances relating to a guest’s authorization to travel.
Declared emergencies and epidemics. Government declared local emergencies (on Oahu), epidemics, pandemics, and public health emergencies.
Government travel restrictions. Travel restrictions imposed by a governmental agency that prevent or prohibit traveling to, staying at, or returning from the Listing location. This does not include non-binding travel advisories and similar government guidance.
Refund Policy
All refunds will be processed by the same payment method used when creating your reservation.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at any of our properties. If you have a Service Animal all documentation needs to be provided 30 days prior to arrival for review and to allow time for us to register your Service Animal with the building. |

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted at any of our properties. If you have a Service Animal all documentation needs to be provided 30 days prior to arrival for review and to allow time for us to register your Service Animal with the building.
