PARKING:
This rental does not come with parking, however there is a garage attached ot the building. Parking is based on available and a fee of approximately $45/day. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us, it is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental. HOUSEKEEPING:
To ensure your complete privacy and security, we do not offer housekeeping services during your stay. A professional cleaning of the property is done between each guest, along with stocking of linens, towels, and a starter supply of amenities.
LINENS, TOWELS, & SUPPLIES:
For each guest, 2 towels, 2 washcloths, and one beach towel are provided. Additionally, the bathroom will be supplied with 2 hand towels and one bathmat, and kitchen with a dish towel. Beds are equipped with sheets and a lightweight blanket.
We provide a starter supply kit stocked with: 4 coffee pods for Keurig, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towel, trash can liners, salt & pepper, cooking oil, 2 laundry detergent pods, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please note that this is only a starter supply to make sure you have everything you need upon and items are not replenished during your stay.
We are privately owned units, please do not turn in towels, beach towels, sheets, or any other items to building staff, or leave outside the room.
ARRIVAL INFORMATION:
From the Honolulu Airport, you can expect the drive to be about 30 minutes depending on traffic. We recommend catching a taxim uber/lyft, or shuttle from the airport. Taxi’s and shuttles do not need prearranged, exit the airport and follow the signs for taxi and shuttle areas. You may choose to rent a car from airport but please note that parking is not included with your reservation.
CHECKIN/OUT:
Upon booking, you will receive a reservation link to an approved third party platform which will provide detailed step by step instructions for self check in, and checkout. We recommend accessing this information as soon as your booking is made.
Check in: begins at 4pm
Checkout: prior to 11am
If you have an early arrival, or late departure, and wish to guarantee room access, we advise you to book in advance. You may do so by requesting through your provided reservation link after booking your stay, or you may consider making your original reservation for an extra day.
Often times, we can not accommodate same day requests as another guest will be arriving or departing.
CANCELLATIONS:
Prior to booking, please refer to the outlined cancellation policy. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that reimburses for prepaid, non-refundable expenses that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances that could jeopardize your vacation investment and would otherwise incur unplanned expenses.
HOUSE RULES:
Please be considerate of all neighboring units and building staff. Quiet hours begin at 9pm and end at 8am.
No events or parties allowed
No smoking or vaping allowed inside our outside on the lanai

Waikiki is full of energy, with a lively nightlife that’s part of its unique charm and guests can expect to hear city sounds, especially in the evenings. Please consider this aspect of Waikiki’s bustling vibe, and if you’re sensitive to noise please let us know. We want you to be as comfortable as possible and are happy to provide earplugs
While you’ll enjoy updated interiors, please note that the building itself, and much of the infrastructure in Waikiki retains its vintage character. Our goal is to present our guests with modern comforts in a classic 1960s building.
